Production facilities and capabilities
We are capable of controlling the entire production
process from preparing feedstock to producing finished goods.
Lean Manufacturing concepts are the base of
our operations. Our molding machines were manufactured especially for the MIM
process and run with a high degree of accuracy leading to tighter tolerances
in the final products. The high vacuum Sintering Furnace is capable of using hydrogen,
nitrogen and argon. We have the ability to sinter super alloys and Titanium CP
and Titanium 6,4, (Ti6Al4V).

Secondary operations
We are able to achieve tight tolerance of + 0.3% as sintered, which minimizes secondary operations. However, if needed, PMP has full control and management of any secondary operations such as machining, heat treating and surface finishing.

This is achieved by continuously improving our systems and processes. Our goal is to meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations with respect to quality, delivery and cost.
PMP’s QC has the in-house metrology capability to support production.
Quality Equipment: In order to provide our clients with the most reliable and accurate inspections possible, we continually invest in modern measuring devices and instruments.
Periodic Quality Training: It is mandatory for our team to enhance or refresh their skills by taking part in training opportunities such as, Blueprint Reading, GD&T.
Metrology Capability: Our highly qualified QC engineers execute specifically designed inspections that follow the parts through each stage of our MIM process as well as secondary operations. We regularly perform feasibility studies, dimensional analysis, APQP, DOE, CPK studies.
