Lean Manufacturing concepts are the base of our operations. Our molding machines were manufactured especially for the metal injection molding process and run with a high degree of accuracy leading to tighter tolerances in the final products. The high vacuum sintering furnace is capable of using hydrogen, nitrogen and argon, giving us the capability to sinter super alloys along with Titanium CP and Titanium 6,4 (Ti6Al4V)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

We are able to achieve tight tolerances of +- 0.3% as sintered, which minimizes secondary operations. However, if needed, PMP has full control and management of any secondary operation with our recently expanded machining department. For more info check out the Machining tab to the left 


Low Shrinkage - We have a higher level of dimensional accuracy due to our lower shrinkage rates.          

Better shape stability - Our proprietary binder and alloy formulas allow us to maintain a better shape stability of parts during the debinding stage and to reach 99.7% of theoretical density after sintering.        

Shorter debinding and sintering cycles - Our specific polymeric binder compounds and turn-around time of the post-molding process is significantly shorter than those found on the current market

Complex design - Our success with highly complex designs helps customers save more by consolidating parts without welding or brazing. 

Environmentally safe - The use of hazardous organic and inorganic solvents is totally eliminated. This leads to safer and simpler processes for our employees.
