Metal Injection Molding & Machining
Our metal injection molding facility is located in Brunswick, Ohio. We currently have an 11,000 square foot facility dedicated to metal injection molding, and recently added 4,000 square feet for our machining department. With state-of-the-art engineering and equipment our company is establishing itself as the pre-eminent manufacturer in the industry for MIM products.

Our proprietary binder employed in our metal injection molding process has a very high metal loading which allows us to achieve 99.7% density after sintering. This high density and low shrinkage allow us to maintain better shape stability and achieve tighter tolerances reducing secondary operations.
Environmentally safe - With our proprietary binder, we have completely eliminated the use of hazardous solvents in our debinding process.
